Why I built this

The OCI application has strict requirements for photo and signature uploads — specific dimensions, aspect ratios, file sizes, and background colors. When I needed to process these for my family of four, I found myself reaching for command-line image tools every time. I also wanted a privacy-preserving alternative to the online services that require you to upload personal photos to unknown servers. So I built this tool to run entirely in your browser — no data ever leaves your device — and to share with friends and family going through the same process.
